1. How do I know if my order went through?

As soon as you place your order, you’ll see a confirmation message on the screen and within a few hours, we’ll send a confirmation email with all your order details.

2. When will I get my tracking link?

After we finish packing your order and hand it over to the shipping carrier, you’ll get an email from us with a tracking link. You can follow your package every step of the way.

3. Can I update my delivery address after ordering?

If you made a mistake in your address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try our best to fix it in time.

4. What happens if I put the wrong shipping address?

If the order is sent to the wrong address and comes back to us, reshipping cost will need to be covered by you. So double-check before confirming.

5. Do you deliver outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States But international delivery is something we’re working on stay tuned for updates.
