Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with every purchase from Mount Bud. If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind we’re happy to help with a return or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Products must include original packaging and tags
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Timing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. If it takes longer, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Refunds
All refunds are returned to your original payment method. If your purchase was made with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to a new gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds for gift card purchases.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges and assist with the return process to ensure a smooth resolution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Our fulfillment team works quickly. If you need to update your address, modify an order, or cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
While we’ll do our best to make the change, we cannot guarantee updates can be made once your order begins processing.
Lost or Damaged Goods

Repeated Returns
